Internet website Ethnicart.lt has a cognitive-informative nature and is dedicated for all Lithuanians and foreign guests, who are interested in Baltic post-history of Lithuania (XI c. before common era – XIII c.), Ethnic culture and art of Lithuania.

The name of Internet website Ethnic art.lt (“Ethnic ” means “folk”, “art” means “art”) is chosen in English, because we want to orient this website to whole world and to be easily found in the internet among users in whole world. The website is active, constantly variable and renewed. The main focus will be concentrated to the old Baltic Lithuanian culture and its revival during the latest years.


Main objectives:

- to introduce as much as possible people from all over the world with Baltic Lithuanian ethno culture and art.

- to gather information about nowadays Lithuanian artists, craftsmen and manufacturers, whose works or production foster the old Lithuanian traditions for the foreigners and Lithuanians not only to familiarize, but also to acquire the art works, various Lithuanian craftsmen’ production.

- to gather information and links to various countries alike ethno cultural websites from all over the world

The information in this website is presented in English and Lithuanian. Information in English will be easily accessible for foreigners, so every man in the Earth can learn about Lithuanian ethno culture.
